How can Cosmetic Makers help with my product?
We're a full turnkey partner. We create custom formulas, source raw materials and supply packaging, and we review your product and artwork for safety and compliance.
What kinds of products do you make?
A wide range of cosmetic and over-the-counter products in cream, lotion, gel, stick, patch and spray form, including hot pour deodorants.
Where are your products made?
In the USA. Our lab and manufacturing facility is at 1213 S 30th Ave, Hollywood, FL 33020.
Can you make vegan or paraben-free formulas?
Yes. We formulate to your ingredient requirements, including vegan and paraben-free.
Ordering and pricing
What is the minimum order?
5,000 units. For bulk orders, the minimum is four 55-gallon drums.
How much is the formulation fee?
It starts at $2,800 and depends on the complexity of the product. You own your formulas.
What packaging options do you have?
A large catalog of custom and semi-custom bottles, jars, tubes and boxes. See the packaging catalog (PDF).
Manufacturing
What does the process look like?
- Introduction call
- We formulate samples
- You approve samples
- Ingredients are ordered
- Artwork is reviewed and approved
- Packaging is ordered
- Ingredients are received, quarantined and tested
- Product is mixed, filled and packaged
- Final product test

Is your facility FDA-registered?
Yes. Everything is made in our FDA-registered, state-licensed facility following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
How many production lines do you run?
Ten, covering bottles, tubes, jars and pouches.
Hot pour
What does non-OTC mean?
The deodorant is sold as a cosmetic rather than an over-the-counter drug. It controls odor but can't claim to stop sweat the way an antiperspirant does.
Can I choose my own scent?
Yes. Pick from our fragrance catalog or develop a custom scent.
Fulfillment
Do you offer fulfillment?
Yes. Our fulfillment center is built for cosmetics, with temperature-controlled storage and integration with all major marketplaces, including TikTok Shop and Amazon.
